Continuity and change at DIRV
The DIRV (Deutscher IndustrieReinigungsVerband) recently held its general assembly of members, where the current board was confirmed almost unanimously, with only one abstention. The meeting combined continuity in leadership with the introduction of new voices to the board.
After many years of dedicated service, Matthias Geib retired, receiving recognition for his significant contributions to the industrial cleaning sector.
The board welcomed Bernd Lengert (BASF SE), who joins the team alongside Matthias Ebach (Buchen UmweltService GmbH), Anne Jungmann (intelligent fluids GmbH), Heiko Kuckerz (Salotech GmbH), Adrian Bernard (Lobbe Industrieservice GmbH & Co. KG), Alan O’Shea (BASF SE), and Christian Völkerath (Rohrer Group).
The assembly also highlighted the importance of networking and knowledge exchange among members, strengthening collaboration across the industry. In addition, the event celebrated the 35th anniversary of member company KOKS Group, mcortoarking a significant milestone that underscores the engagement and community spirit within the industrial cleaning sector.
