IFAT Munich 2026: circular economy in focus

The stage is set for IFAT Munich 2026, taking place from May 4 to 7 at Messe München, where the world’s environmental technology sector will converge to explore solutions for water, recycling, and circular economy.
Over 3,000 exhibitors from more than 60 countries are expected to showcase their innovations across the fair’s 18 halls and outdoor areas.
Key themes on the agenda include digitalization, material flow management, waste valorization, and water reuse, all framed around climate resilience and resource efficiency.
In 2026, the event will adopt a four‑day format (Monday to Thursday) to optimize the experience for participants, while maintaining the exhibition’s scope and depth. Exhibitor registration is open until April 30, 2025, offering companies the opportunity to secure prime exposure.
For all who are shaping the future of environmental technologies, IFAT Munich 2026 promises to be an unmissable platform for showcasing breakthroughs, forging partnerships, and driving the transition toward a more sustainable, circular world.
