- The Industrial Cleaning Foundation, SIR, has a new chairman: Mr. Jürgen Matthyns, co-director of HCI (Veolia), Antwerp and Terneuzen.
On March 24, the Industrial Cleaning Foundation, SIR, elected its new permanent chairman: Mr. Jürgen Matthyns.
Mr. Matthyns, co-director of HCI, who was unanimously elected, has 30 years of experience in the industry and has been a member of SIR for 10 years.
Following his appointment, the new chairman emphasized that SIR is facing important challenges in the coming years, which he wants to face them on the basis of a new policy plan that will see the light in the near future.
The core of this policy must revolve around a number of themes such as actively listening to the input of all our participants with a focus on the basics, safety in the workplace, conducting open and transparent communication and making a connection both nationally and international level.
In addition, Mr. Raymonde Wagemaker (from Mourik Services) will serve as vice-president as needed.
