IFAT – The Global Meeting Point for Environmental Technologies

IFAT 2026, the international trade fair dedicated to environmental technologies, will take place from 4 to 7 May 2026 at the Messe München exhibition centre in Munich, Germany. Organised every two years, IFAT is one of the main meeting points for industrial sectors and environmental professionals.

The fair will cover key topics such as water treatment, water recycling, waste management and the circular economy, which are central to the development of sustainable solutions for resource management. Companies, institutions and professionals from different countries will attend the event.

Several EWJI member associations will attend IFAT 2026, including ALTAP, the Spanish Association for Technical Cleaning and High-Pressure Water Jetting. In addition to attending the meeting, ALTAP will organise a formal dinner for its members during the event.
