Mr. Borgt has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, the last 10 years at DOW in managing industrial cleaning, where he is responsible for Industrial Cleaning within Maintenance Technology Center.
In which Mr. Borgt supports multiple networks within and outside of the DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY.
Some of the extra curriculum activities are, Member of Board SIR (Foundation for Industrial Cleaning B/NL), member of issue groups SIR (chemical, high pressure and vacuum technology), chair of the innovation issue group, technical adviser Avans Hogeschool for the module Industrial Cleaning at their Maintenance Management course, member of the editorial board of Heat Exchanger Design Handbook and technical advisor Knowledge and Innovation Center (KIC|MVP).
In its presentation, Mr. Borgt will discuss the benefits of non-manual high-pressure cleaning and the approach taken back in 2009.
Furthermore the path and expectations toward the near and further future of high-pressure cleaning, from an asset owners (facility owners) perspective.
