On 26th April, the Equipment working group met to share with other teammates new updates of the “Guide for application of hose assemblies for Waterblast” which aims to be a complement to the standart EN 1829-2.
This guide works as a reference for all members of the national associations that are part of EWJI and members of the European Water Jetting Institute. Also, it aims to serve as the European guidelines that can be used for training and by users.
The main contents of this publication will be general requirements, possible hazards, marking, setting into operation, storage, and duration of use, maintenance, inspection, and periodic pressure test.
