The European Water Jetting Institute, EWJI, has been working the last few months on a new initiative to elaborate a representative statistical study for the European water jetting industry.
In 2015 EWJI, launched a market survey to outline the trends and the situation of this industry in Europe.
The aim of the survey was to produce a reference document with objective data from water jetting companies.
Based on the results of the survey done in 2015, the Statistics working group of EWJI has been able to design in 2016 a much more complete survey.
The survey will be run in countries all around Europe in order to obtain solid data and information. It is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: includes general questions about the companies, the evolution in 2015 and the forecast for 2016. It is addressed to water jetting contractors.
- Phase 2: includes more specific questions about water jetting activities. It is open to any contractor working with construction applications, surface preparation and/or technical cleaning.
The surveys have been translated into seven languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese) to avoid mistakes and misinterpretations while being filled.
