After some months of hard work from the part of collaborators and members of EWJI, the Guide about the use of automation in industrial cleaning is finished and everyone who is a member of the association or a premium subscriber can consult online the publication.
Therefore, the main purpose of this guide is to demonstrate how automation in industrial cleaning works, also the maintenance and use of the equipment in industrial cleaning, the main roles and responsibilities of operators, what are the best working methods, and practical information.
This publication is one deliverable that the Automation working group has been developing since 2022. Thanks to EWJI members and the association’s funds it was possible to release the guide.
The coordinators of the guide were Mr. Steve Ellis, Mr. Alan O’Shea, and Mr. Geir Gonsholt who helped to develop the guide.
In addition, this working group was formed to help and facilitate the exchange of the best practices, recommendations, and guidelines for implementing automation in industrial cleaning operations.
