The Scandinavian Waterjet Association, SWA, is an independent industry association for water cutting with the ambition to research and develop technology.
SWA was founded in 1996 and is a non-profit organization with a broad network of end users, suppliers and sub-suppliers.
With over 80 participating member companies in Scandinavia and a wide network of contacts within research and development, SWA has become Scandinavian water cutting’s own industry association with strong legitimacy and independence.
The main objectives of SWA are to promote the use of waterjet related technology in Scandinavia, to increase the knowledge about the technology and to create a national and international contact network, between other.
