Tittle of the presentation that will make Mr. Francesco Menci Direction Hygiène Sécurité Environnement of TOTAL, in the EWJI Annual Convention 2017.
Mr. Menci works in the Human and Organizational factors Division of the HSE Direction of Total.
He works in Total Group for 20 years in different HSE positions, particularly in Refining and Chemical Branch.
More specifically, he is part of a team of “Group High-Risk Referents” for works/activities that accordantly to the analysis of the incidents happened in the last 10 years in the Group have been identified as at Higher risk.
Mr. Menci is the referent for High-Pressure Water jetting and Pumping activities and he acts as a focal point in the Company for all the issues to these activities, inside the Group and outside the Group.
The aim of the presentation in next EWJI Annual Convention 2017 is to provide a short presentation of the vision of Total concerning HP water-jetting, the main axes of works and to provide the considerations from asset owners perspective with the main area of concerns and the area of interest and development.
