EWJI evaluation questionnaire for the general public

This questionnaire was created so that anyone who already has a relationship with the association as a member or regular sponsor/collaborator can evaluate their satisfaction with the association.

The data collected and submitted through this form is completely anonymous. The results are grouped together and forwarded to the association’s governing bodies for evaluation.We appreciate your participation in responding to this questionnaire, which serves as a reference for the internal image of the association and for our continuous improvement.
