The event’s documentary archive.

This authorization is granted without geographical or temporal limitations, without the right to remuneration, and complies with current regulations regarding data protection and image rights.

2. Transfer of Content and Materials

Speakers participating in events organized by EWJI grant EWJI the non-exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate the material presented, including slides, documents, graphics, or other content provided for the event.

The purpose of this transfer is to allow:

The publication of the presentation as part of the conference proceedings or event report,

Its distribution to registered attendees,

Its preservation as educational material or for institutional archives.

The presenter declares that they are the owner of the rights to the presented content or have the necessary authorizations for its use and dissemination.

3. Limitations and Guarantees

EWJI undertakes to use the images and content provided exclusively within the framework of its institutional, academic, and educational activities, and guarantees that they will not be used for commercial purposes other than those expressly mentioned.

4. Relationship to the Privacy Policy
